At Sea Soul we have a variety of starters using fresh, local produce. Try our Canarian tomato salad or our delicious garlic prawns.

Sea Soul buys the best quality local meats such as Canarian beef, chicken and lamb from the Iberian Peninsula.

FISH

In the Canary Islands we have a wide variety of delicious and tasty fish. We offer seasonal fresh fish and Norwegian salmon.
